Being brave, raw, vulnerable and authentic is not always an easy journey. There are parts of this video where you can literally see my hands shaking and at one point I actually cry on camera because just talking about certain parts of the journey are just hard. But that's just real life, you know? Being willing to do this live on my main Facebook page was one thing; posting it on YouTube and here on Instagram where it can potentially go a lot further and have strangers see it... That's a whole nother level of bravery I'm digging deep for. But as we strive to empower others, we must also strive to empower ourselves; to work through and dissolve old, dysfunctional stories and do our best to live authentically in the now. Here's to showing up and being real... let the chips fall where they may. Since 2017, I’ve helped my clients to deepen their relationship with themselves and open up to the possibility of something within them that is so much greater than what they had been allowing themselves to access.  To let go of the old stories and patterns that had been holding them back and to step into the light in all their glory and brilliance.  To allow themselves to be unapologetically witnessed in their most authentic state; beautiful, brilliant, and unafraid!

 

I believe that life offers us opportunities to transcend old spaces so that we may step more closely to our greatest self.  Growth is rarely comfortable, but the victory that lays on the other side of the pursuit of ones goals is well worth it!  I continue to do my own innerpersonal work and I am both grateful and proud of the woman I have become today.
